How to pay a Blacrex invoice

Bank transfer, by NEFT, IMPS or UPI to the account. The account details are printed on your invoice. Please quote the invoice number in the transfer remarks, so your payment can be matched to it.

Secure payment link, for UPI, card or netbanking. The link on your invoice opens a payment page run by Cashfree Payments. Card details go to that page only, never to us.

• The invoice comes from hello@blacrex.com, the same address used everywhere on this site.
• Paying by link, the payment page shows Blacrex at the top with “Secured by Cashfree”, and your UPI app shows the payee as Blacrex.
• Paying by bank transfer, the account is held by Debasish Panda, the proprietor of Blacrex.
• Cashfree may also email you a payment link or a receipt of its own. That is normal: Cashfree processes the payment.
• We never ask for a card number, an OTP or a UPI PIN, and we never ask you to pay a different account or UPI ID over a call or a chat.

One Year-End Pack, for one financial year, for one company. What it costs is set by the size of that company’s register: ₹9,999 up to 500 assets in use, ₹19,999 from 501 to 2,000, ₹29,999 from 2,001 to 5,000, and a quoted price above that. No GST is added. If a discount was agreed with you, the invoice shows it as its own line — the founder’s offer shows this way, as a discount line against the standard price, so the invoice says what the renewal will cost. Nothing renews automatically: each year is its own invoice. The prices are explained in the pricing section.

We match your payment to your invoice, turn on the Year-End Pack for your organisation, and confirm by email from hello@blacrex.com. If you change your mind, the refund policy gives you 7 days, as long as no Year-End Pack file has been downloaded.
