Refunds and cancellation

Last updated 7 September 2026

Draft. This describes how payment actually works today. Before publishing it, confirm the refund window and have the page reviewed by someone qualified.

What you pay for

Everything in Blacrex is free except two downloads: the Schedule II depreciation schedule for your audit file, and the TallyPrime journal export. A paid plan — ₹24,999 or ₹49,999 depending on the size of your register — buys those two downloads for a year. The schedule itself is readable on screen, in full, before you pay, so you are never buying figures you have not seen.

Cancellation

There is nothing to cancel, because nothing renews automatically. We hold no card on file and there is no subscription: a paid year simply ends unless you choose to pay for another. When it ends, nothing is locked and nothing is deleted — your register, your people, your history and your depreciation on screen all keep working. Only the two downloads switch off.

Refunds

If you pay and change your mind, tell us within 7 days of payment. If neither download has been taken in that time, we refund the full amount — no questions, no form. Once a download has been taken, the product has been delivered and the payment is not refundable.

A refund goes back the way it came — to the original payment method — and we will initiate it within 7 working days of agreeing it. How long it then takes to appear depends on your bank, typically another 5–7 working days.

If you were charged in error — twice for the same year, or for the wrong plan — tell us and we will put it right in full, whatever the dates say.

The setup package

Optional onboarding — importing an existing register, printing first labels, walking your team through a first count — is quoted and invoiced separately. If we have not started the work, its fee is refunded in full on request; once the work has begun, we agree what is fair based on what has been done.

How to ask

Email our contact address from the address your workspace is registered under, with the payment reference. You will get an answer, not an autoresponder.
